We provide great customer support to make sure that our clients are comfortable with the process and we will be available 24/7 to answer any questions. Plus, Docu Sign gives you the freedom to sign your contract from your phone, laptop/computer or template device. What if we get an offer on your house when you are on a Summer Vacation? How about if one signer is on a business trip out of town and the other is busy working? No Problem, we will walk you through the process and make selling or buying a home easy. Plus, when you use Docu Sign you get a copy of every transaction the second you sign. You can just save a PDF copy to your computer or device and review it anytime.
Our Goal at Real Estate Market Leaders is to make home buying and selling as easy as possible. We believe in hiring proffesional sign installers to install your sign to your home and using existing JPEG pictures of your home or hiring a photogopher to take photos. This cuts down on the time spent with listing homes and allows us to meet with a larger percentage of clients. Then we create great incentives for allowing us to teach you how to make buying and selling easy! We work in a partnership with cooperating members of the MLS. Meaning, that any Real Estate Agent that works with any company will be offered a commission if they can bring us a buyer for your home! Plus, we can leave a lock box on your home so Realtors can show it to their clients at anytime. When a Realtor shows your home the lock box will record the showing information and we will follow up with your showing feedback through e mail!
Real Estate Market Leaders does not charge clients anything upfront and you do not pay Real Estate Market Leaders anything unless they accomplish your goals.
