Option 1- Free-You pay the listing Broker nothing!

This option is set up for clients who plan on selling their home and buying another home in the Tri Cities area. The typical Real Estate Commission could be as high as 7%, some list for 6% and once and a while you can find a broker who will list your home with a 5% contract.

  1. All you have to do to get started is review the listing agreement and agree to pay a buyers agent a 2.5% commission.
  2. Once you have decided to list your home for you must sign the buyers agency agreement . This means that you are agreeing to allow Brandon Patton or one of his staff members to work with you as your buyers agent when you home sells.
  3. We will need you to fill out the Sellers Disclosure Statement when you have time. This needs to be completed before your pictures are scheduled. If you have any questions please feel free to call or text anytime 509-713-3364
  4. The Last thing you need to do is fill out the MLS Data sheet .  This is the information that we use to verify your home info on the Tri Cities MLS.

Option 2- Selling your home to move out of area.

If you are planning on selling your home and you moving our of the area or if you don't plan on buying another home within 6 months of the sale of your home then you fall into this category.

We will list your home for a 1% charge to the listing office and pay a selling broker (buyers agent) a 2.5% commission when they bring us a buyer. That is a 3.5% contract total.
